Had a tyre blow out on motorbike trailer last night on the Monash Fwy, Don i think is who i spoke to when i called was great, new the exact location that city link towed to, (im hopeless with directions) tow truck driver was on time and he was nice to, pricing was good considering the time and location it needed to be towed back to, I am a female and actually felt at ease using this service and like I wasn't getting ripped of because i was a female. thanks guys

Professional, punctual and good blokes. I called Garden State for a tricky tow from an underground car park, and was bracing myself for a long and stressful afternoon. A huge shout out for Brett who came out and saved me from a terrible situation where a council pole was on the ground and I drove over the top of it in a COUNCIL carpark, I didn't realise it was there, the small pole in the ground was caught between my wheel and front bumper, not a good situation! Brett was not only patient but methodical in his approach taking every precaution not to damage my car. What a life saver thank you Brett!!!

David was my tow truck driver! He honestly went above and beyond at 4am in the morning. Price was reasonable considering the distance and time. I thought that he’d just drop my self and my car at the drop off place and go but nah! He stayed and help to find the problem of my car. He assume it needed power steering fluids and he drove me to the nearest gas station to buy some and went back to the car. Though the car still did not work. I am really grateful that he even stayed back and help and that’s what I call exceptional customer service! After that, he was nice enough to take me home. Literally above and beyond. Couldn’t thank David enough for his work and time!

A huge shout out to Brad from Garden State Towing! He was so reassuring at the scene of the accident and spent time making sure my daughter, who was very shaken at the time, was calm and settled. He reassured her it was a common event and normalised what was otherwise a rather traumatic event for her. He then called later to see how she was going that night. I would like to pass on my gratitude to Dean Hancock for an absolutely AMAZING job! He treated both my baby and I with the utmost respect!!!He used that truck like an absolute magician- it is clear to me that this bloke is the pride of your fleet - I have an history with towing (a million years ago...) and I have NEVER seen a tilt tray operated like that!!! The way in which he manoeuvred that truck, was absolutely awe inspiring!!!!It was almost like he was talking to it!!!!!!!I will be personally requesting this man, if for any reason I find myself in the need of a tow truck again!!!!I CANNOT recommend this operator OR the company, highly enough!!!Please, please, please pass on my congratulations to this tow whisperer!!!Billi xxxx
